O atendimento das pessoas era maravilhoso. Todos muito atenciosos. Mas o sistema de aquecimento não era bom e como fomos em julho isso fez muita falta. Não foi confortável para dormir. Eles fornecem cobertores à vontade, mas não traz o mesmo conforto de um quarto com aquecimento. E o aquecedor existe, mas não é eficiente.

No geral foi tudo bem, alguns pontos somente que aponto para melhoria, o quarto não tem água quente na pia e com o local frio isso dificulta bastante no conforto, o chuveiro sai pouquíssima água pra ficar quente e quase não dá pra lavar o cabelo ou tomar um bom banho. O hotel oferece café da manhã mas se você agenda pra ir mais tarde, após os primeiros horários (08:00/09:00) as comidas vão acabando e eles alegam que não tem mais reposição, ou seja, se você não foi o primeiro a tomar café da manhã, não terá mais a mesmas diversidades de alimentos oferecidos aos outros hóspedes.
