No handicap accessible door. Room seemed like a storage room made into a room……..very dirty; someone else’s hair in in the shower. Drain in the sink was very slow. Main floor window was left unlocked. Called and was assured I would have an outside access door but it seemed because I booked with Expedia I was “punted” to the quasi storage room with no outside access door. Shameful

It would be nice is diesel trucks could park a little farther away from the building. Nothing worse then being woke up at 5 am and have to listen to there trucks running for an hour or longer. Takes the fun out of getting a hotel for the night.

Things we expected from advertising like tub bars and raised toilet seat were not there. The room furnishings/curtains etc were older and not so attractive. Breakfast room was cheery and food there was good for self serve. Desk staff and food service person were lovely. It was adequate and served our purposes overall.
