This spacious condo is luxuriously decorated and designed to enhance your comfort during your stay on Canandaigua Lake. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a bright, open layout with phenomenal views of the Lake and surrounding hillside.
Relax amongst the quality furnishings as you enjoy the fresh lake breezes. Enjoy your breakfast at the comfortable custom designed dining table. Or linger over your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the surrounding hillside while lounging on the balcony. After breakfast, explore all that Bristol Harbour has to offer - take a walk on one of the nature trails, then take the elevator down to the sandy beach and marina for an afternoon of fun. Swim or sunbathe, take the kids to the playground and have a picnic at the park. Or grill from the comfort of the condo overlooking the Lake. Cozy up in the living room with friends after skiing or winter hikes with your favorite Finger Lakes wine.

The kitchen has all of the amenities that you could hope for to make your home cooked meals.If you prefer to taste the local fare, there are many restaurants in the area. Beverage Bar in the dining room offers a place to prepare your coffee, chill your wine, mix up some drinks for your entertainment or whip up some home made desserts in the kitchen while visiting with your guests.

There is space for 6 guests. We have games, books, smart TV & High Speed internet on site. If you need a spot to get some work done, there is a desk in the living room

The primary bedroom features a King size bed with plenty of room to unpack your clothes and stay awhile. The en-suite bathroom has a high end bidet and separate vanity area.

2nd bedroom across the hall features a King size bed and is steps from the 2nd full bathroom and laundry room.

Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable twin size beds and is right across from the bathroom.
