In the hamlet Cannelle 6 km from the centre of Canari, 32 km from the centre of St. Florent, 46 km from the centre of Bastia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, at the seaside, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool secured, fenced (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 25 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 25 m. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 30 km, sandy beach "Plage Albo" 6 km, rocky beach 100 m (small). Walking paths from the house 100 m. Please note: car recommended.
