This renovated barn apartment is located in the small square of the charming village of Penìa di Canazei, where time seems to have stood still.

Old barns, historic houses, everywhere you turn it seems like you're reliving the reality of the past... just imagine what a sight!

The small supermarket 200 meters from the house will allow you to purchase the main products, for everything else you can go to Canazei, which is only 3 km away.

The ski lifts of Alba-Col dei Rossi are easily accessible just 500 meters away.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is spread over two levels: on the lower floor, there is an independent kitchen, a spacious living room with a small balcony, a small bathroom with a window and washing machine; upstairs, the sleeping area develops, with a double room and a master bedroom with a balcony (for a total of 4 sleeping spots), and a master bathroom with a bathtub and window. The view of Gran Vernel is breathtaking!

To best preserve the condition of the house, we only accept a small-sized pet.
