We have secure basement parking and their is also street parking available.

Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.



Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.

We were specifically looking for a dog friendly location and thought this place with its balcony would be worth spending the extra money compared with 400 at the dog friendly Sebel. We spent nearly 1000 here on 2 nights in what turned out to be basic accomodation. It reeked of cigarettes from the lift into the anpeartment. I subsequently purchased lavender oil and a diffuser to cope with the smell of the place. Appalling mattress and pillows, not even a sponge or paper towel in the kitchen to wipe the benches. Ugly plastic plants falling apart, plastic cutlery and plates. Great location opposite Sonoma bakery and walking distance to great restaurants. Perfect address for smokers with dogs

Amazing Apartment Stay in a perfect location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is located in the heart of Braddon with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The apartment was amazing, beautifully styled, clean and had everything we needed and our host was wonderful with any questions we had and was super responsive. I would highly recommended and would stay here for our next visit to Canberra.

Was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the property was. The whole experience from check in to check out was easy and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the apartment was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The location couldn’t be better, with a short walk to the city centre and plenty of food and entertainment just outside the door. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more, and it was a great stay indeed - we’ll definitely be back.

FABULOUS LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Bit of a hiccough with check-in, but the host was very accommodating with walking us through the check-in. Unfortunately, the check-in details were not sent under the stayz email so could not find them in my inbox, So I was not able to access them prior to contacting the host which he promptly sent me. Now we have everything sorted out we would really enjoy going there again. The Property is in a great location and has everything you could need :).
