Our 2nd time there.l amd for us a goodnlocation and the room is good fir iur needs. It's very clean but our room smelt badly of cooing oil. We left the doors open for the 48 hours we were there to no avail. Perhaps a deep clean or carpet clean may be required. The reception staff were very good but we didn't need to be in touch with them for the most part. We'll be back but not in that room.

The room was fine but I paid extra for a "balcony" as we like to sit outside to eat our breakfast in the morning. The "balcony" ended up being a bit bigger than a juliette balcony that was about a foot deep and 4 feet wide - only enough to lean out. Not worth the extra $. Would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Stayed 2 nights and the a/c didn’t work well in the room so they very kindly moved me to another room without complaint - a suite thank you very much. Area was in walking distance to local eateries and the neighbourhood was very quiet and clean. I would stay here again if coming back to Canberra

Here for one night on a business trip. I couldnt get inside to reception so entered the building as a guest left. A slight wait at check in but the lady at reception was very friendly and very informative about the accommodation & amenities etc. I had my dinner delivered via Menulog and the same lady delivered to my door very promptly. The rooms are quite nice, decor is spot on. A few stains on the carpets but thats no big deal, at approx 9pm I noticed by AC was not working and it had been a hot day reaching 34 degrees. The same staff member came in to check, she offered me an alternative room on the same floor which i accepted gratefully. The room I was in had traffic noise but otherwise a very comfortable stay (eventually).
