The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a combined kitchen & dining area, and a separate living room.
This is a semi-detached home with a grassy frontyard and a fully enclosed grassy backyard, located right in the heart of Deakin.
Inside, there is a combined kitchen, dining and laundry area. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and cooktop.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have reverse-cycle A/C.
The living room is separate and provides a cosy spot where you can shut the door on the rest of the house :-)
There is one bathroom (with shower over the bath), and one separate toilet.
The driveway fits two cars, though please note that the driveway is not as wide as some, so getting in and out can be a bit of a squeeze!
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property (there are no shared spaces with the host or other guests).
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
