In Cancale, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 102 m² house with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 220 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with dining table for 10 people, TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:

- 3 bedrooms with queen-size double beds (160×200)
- 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed (180×200)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower, WC

A cot is also available (we can provide a cot for babies on request when you book). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress, apart from the one already included with the cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you would like one.)

Outside area :
- A beautiful 220 m² garden + terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park a car directly in the house's private car park. Street parking is free.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest SNCF station: La Gouesnière: 7km - Saint-Malo: 16 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 80km
- Buses - "Petites Croix" stop 500 metres away - take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.

Other comments :
- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighbourhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance and are counting on you to adopt good neighbourliness rules to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one for everyone.
