Des choses à revoir dans l'appartement !

Appartement non conforme a l'annonce sur certains points, cuisinière defectueuse a l'arrivée, impossible de faire cuire quoi que ce soit ! Chasse d'eau n'évacuant rien du tout, absence de pression, obligation de faire venir un technicien qui a du changer la cuisinière et réparer la chasse d'eau qui s'avéré aprés son passage encore defectueuse et très bruyante, le lendemain il a du changer pour une nouvelle, que j'ai jamais réussi a faire vraiment marché, seul 1 feu sur 3 fonctionne.. Pommeau de douche ne tient pas dans son emplacement, qui était cassé et d'autres trucs non listé sur l'annonce mais qui aurait pu etre mis (porte savon, tapis de douche etc) les appartements sont t'il vérifiés avant d'etre loués?
