Hi Pat, Thank you for taking the time to post some feedback from your most recent stay with us, as well as leaving us a review score. I would like to apologize for the potential miscommunication regarding the hot tub. The hot tub is normally open Monday - Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. Closed from 3 - 4 pm for testing then re-opens at 4 pm to 10 pm at which time it is locked. On Sunday's it is closed during the day in order to flush then re-fill the water and then reopens again at 4 pm until10 pm at which time it is locked for the night. Occasionally there are unforeseen circumstances that may arise with the PH and chlorine balancing and or mechanical issues. Should anything like this arise we would notify all of our impacted guests.
