This property is definitely aged and I wouldn’t consider this luxury. The room had a basic hotel feel with used furniture. The couch had a stain on it. The booking was made for four people so the owner knew that we would be needing to use the bedroom and the sofa bed. The sofa bed did not have the sheets or blankets out and when we were able to find them, they were mismatched and had hair on them. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I highly suggest that the owner invest in a mattress pad to at least make it somewhat usable. The pool was nice and the people on the property were pleasant, but there were nicer places that I would recommend staying over this place in the future.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

We loved our stay at this rental, it had everything we needed and it was in a great location with easy access to everything in Canmore. Check in was seamless, highly recommend for families looking for a mountain getaway.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was perfectly spacious and the king bed was wonderful. Having the connecting bathroom his and her sinks was so convenient and the shower was very spacious. The hot tub was a must after long days of hiking and everything is very easy to access including parking. The only two things I could recommend is having another frying pan, one was hard for cooking brunches, and second, the room still wasn’t ready at 4:00 the cleaner was inside so we had to just hang around and wait for 25 min at our vehicle to bring everything in. Overall though, we loved it here and it was very comfortable and would absolutely stay again!

Canmore Condo without a view

We liked the overall property but felt we were misled on our views. We had no views of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and condo was clean. We also had a hard time checking in and had to contact our host. He was very responsive.

Didn't get to stay at the apartment, so only reviewing booking experience. Two days before our travel we had a hurricane. Our house was damaged and as a result we couldn't travel. It was too late to cancel for a full refund but we were hoping we can work out some sort of a partial refund given that this was a natural disaster out of our control. The host and VRBO refused any kind of compromise, not even a cleaning fee refund from the host or a booking fee refund from VRBO. They have no compassion whatsoever.
