I do like this place overall but not much for amenities. Check in gal was not that engaging. I did not want to ask on getting more soap or more shampoo as she just likes to get back to her phone I noticed. BUT NO bath mat and just one single tiny soap and one tiny shampoo for two bigger guys is not really working out here yes? Pretty cheaping out here. ): I pd lots too!

Did not even get a Mountain View room. Staff were awful and said there are no perks for being a Silver member. No breakfast unless you pay for it. Will never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.

The room itself was genuinely great - clean and comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable. Everything was super clean. The room was quiet. Also, major points for a balcony (with a solid view) AND a fireplace. That was a really nice treat. Honestly everything about the room, location and hotel itself was basically perfect. Then why only 4 stars? Check in was a bit messy. The host was incredibly polite and nice, and I don't fault them at all. But my check in was delayed. I was hoping to check in a half hour early, but was told that wasn't possible. When I came back at 4:00 (check in time), my room was still not ready. I only waited maybe 14 minutes, so not really a huge deal. That said, every other aspect of my two day stay was 5 star. Would likely stay here again.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are courteous and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and apple cider, which were very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi connection is very weak and could be improved.
