The adjoining open-plan kitchen, also offering sea views, is fully equipped and features a large countertop that doubles as a high dining table for casual meals.

Sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms (each with a 140x200 cm bed):

- The master bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and a private en-suite shower room with WC

- The second bedroom also features its own private shower room and enjoys access to a pergola

A separate WC is accessible from the hallway.

The terrace is furnished for relaxing while admiring sweeping views of the sea and islands.

The entire apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern, understated palette, with every item selected for its comfort and quality.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
