- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a lounge to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Private parking, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, PMR access, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee Machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment’s strengths is its practicality:
- underground parking with direct access to the elevator and adapted PMR;
- the bathroom is equipped with an electric radiator/towel heater independent of heating. It can be programmed.
- the terrace is equipped with a movable clothes dryer;
- Armored entrance door to the apartment: it is equipped with a secure lock. Make sure you push the key down before turning it to open.
- Mediterranean style buildings.
Attention to the lock of sliding doors overlooking the terrace!
If it is positioned "locked" and you close the door while on the terrace, it is locked: impossible to open it from the terrace.
It is also very popular for its location:
- very quiet environment;
- food stores and other, restaurants on the street.
Nearby:
- La Croisette and the beaches are 100 m.
- the Russian Quarter of Cannes;
- Bus station (in front of the building).
