Restaurants, cafés and seaside walks are all within a few minutes’ reach, making it easy to explore Cannes entirely on foot.

Inside, the apartment offers a comfortable 60m² layout designed for up to four guests.

The living room includes a sofa, television and air conditioning, while the open kitchen connects naturally with the living area and provides everything needed for daily cooking.

Two bedrooms create a balanced layout for couples or friends traveling together: one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 180 cm bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, along with a separate toilet, completes the interior.

Located on the second floor of the building, the apartment offers both comfort and a central location in one of Cannes’ most characterful districts.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
