PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room with sofas, a Smart TV, and a reading area. A versatile office space features gym equipment and a shower room with WC.

A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm), a desk, and a wardrobe is also on this level, along with another shower room.

Upstairs, a bright living and dining area for 8 guests opens directly onto the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen also offers access to the outdoor space.

The night area includes:

- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and en-suite shower room.

- A second double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.

- A bathroom with a washer, dryer, and a separate WC.


The southwest-facing garden is perfect for relaxation, featuring a spacious outdoor lounge, an 8-person dining table, a barbecue, and two parasols. The saltwater pool, surrounded by greenery, is ideal for enjoying the sunny climate.
