Truly awful. I travel for work and book at least 100 nights in hotels every year for the past 15 years. This was the absolute worst. Thank goodness that Hotels.com was around for me to move.

We were in Canterbury for a university graduation. Location was perfect for walkability of town restaurant and trains and busses as we were traveling without a car. Beds were very comfortable and linen clean. Nice little garden out back.
