Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for entry via lockbox to access the home. Check-in is available 15:00 - 22:00, and check-out is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible pending the availability of the space. If approved, an additional fee will apply. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The surrounding neighbourhood is a residential community and guests are encouraged to explore. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Guests can easily reach the space via public transportation or by car. The surrounding area has a public transport network that is known for its punctuality and modern vehicles. Visitors can move quickly around the area, visit central Canterbury, and easily take a train 1hr and 45 minutes to London. Biking and walking in the residential area and along area nature trails is also encouraged!

This peaceful home is located in the residential area of Sturry. Please respect the neighbours and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.

Pets may be allowed upon request. No smoking, no parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. Upon arrival, please remove your shoes at the entrance to help us keep the space sparkling clean. Please keep food in the kitchen and dining areas. Only water is allowed in the bedrooms, do not bring food or drink into the bedrooms. The home has been thoughtfully designed, please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to the Host.
