Living Space
The open living area is furnished with reclining sofa, love seat and oversized easy chair, Koolaburra blankets, Smart TV, Bose sound bar which is Alexa compatible, Blue Ray dvd player, lots of natural light and sweeping views of Canyon Lake. 10 ft butt glass windows provide an unobstructed view of the lake.
Dining Area
Part of the wide open concept the dining area is furnished with an oversized table that easily seats 6 but can be extended for a larger gathering. There is also room at the kitchen peninsula for seating. When the weather is nice head out to the balcony dining area and soak in the view with dinner .
Kitchen
The heart of any home and there is no exception here. The kitchen is finished with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, cooking accessories, flatware, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cutting boards, wine glasses and coffee cups. You have an option of either brewed coffee or Keurig (coffee is provided). Full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and a huge walk-in pantry. The family friendly kitchen includes dishes, glasses, utensils and snackware cups for small children. A variety of spices are onsite for your convenienceâŠno worries about a lost shaker of salt! Downstairs has a private kitchenette that is fully stocked to start and finish your day with Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a blender to enjoy a smoothie or margarita, a mini fridge, toaster oven plus convection microwave and separate sink and an intimate table for two, perfect to enjoy a meal or get some work done.
Bedrooms
A great nightâs sleep is essential when you are elevating your attitude so we have made sure the bedding is top notch. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, nightstands with built-in usb plugs, full size dresser, Ceiling fan, HD Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. A pillowtop mattress, cozy mattress pad, multiple pillows and additional blankets will insure a great nightâs sleep. Block out window curtains are available in case you need to sleep in! The second bedroom has a bunk bed set up with one full size bed, an upper twin bed and a twin trundle bed. Decorated with lively colors in an owl theme the kids are sure to love this space. A full-size dresser and closet space for personal items and block out curtains are also installed for late sleepers. Downstairs is a private bedroom with hunter ceiling fan, Vizio flat screen Smart TV, full size dresser, bedside tables, full linen closet, clothes closet with hanging space/shelving. The kitchenette is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a late-night snack. Just off the private exterior entry is an oversized patio complete with patio table, chairs, privacy screens and accent lighting. Ideal for multiple couples! These accommodations will comfortably sleep 8 however a total of 10 guests is possible if you use the queen size futon in the master bedroom.
Bathrooms
The home includes three full bathrooms stocked with towels (including beach towels), additional bedding and pillows, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The master bathroom is private with a large walk-in shower with dual function shower head and bench seating. Double vanities and large linen closet make it easy for sharing space. The second bath has a large vanity with tub/shower combination and a separate water closet for privacy. Third bathroom is ensuite with the downstairs bedroom with glass enclosed shower. All bathrooms are newly remodeled with granite counters, high rise toilets and brushed nickel plumbing fixtures. Full size washer and dryer are available for your use.
Balcony and Yard
The balcony is truly our âhappy placeâ and we have strived to insure it is as comfortable as possible. A spectacular view of the lake and hillside is sure to kick up your attitude a few more notches. Outdoor dining seats 8 and the sitting area includes sofa, two cushioned rattan chairs, two ottomans, a coffee table and storage table for blankets. Two Minka Aire Windmolen 10 blade fans will keep you cool even in the hottest of weather. Watch the deer come up in the yard every morning and eveningâŠ.hoping you have a snack for them.
Downstairs suite occupants can just step outside their door and spend some time on the private patio stargazing while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or watching the deer in the morning with a cup of coffee.
The outdoor kitchen is now complete so gather around the balcony dining area for some weekend grilling.
Entertainment
Televisions in the living area, master bedroom and downstairs suite are new 2021 Smart TVs with the latest technology. Music and streaming apps will cast to the TV when connected to WiFi . You Tube TV is available on the living area TV and downstairs suite for live sports, news and a total of 85 channels. A Bose Sound Bar enhances your audio experience and is Alexa compatible (3 Alexa's are present). There is a Blue Ray DVD player in the living room with a huge selection of movies in the hall closet if you prefer to not use the streaming option. There are also family games, puzzles and art projects for kids in the hall closet. There is a limited supply of lawn chairs, floats and other water toys for use.

Parking/Access
There is more than ample parking with space for ease of entry while unloading items at the top of the driveway as well as space for several vehicles including a boat at the bottom. Please be respectful and avoid parking on the neighborâs lot. The home has keyless entry and your own personal code will be provided prior to your booking so you can arrive when it is convenient for you.
There are surveillance cameras at the front and back areas for security purposes.
