Villa patio with South East garden includes entrance (127x1.43) living room with TV opening onto veranda converted into a dining area (4.16x2.28) overlooking garden facing EAST towards the avenue of beaches (Océanides) and cycle paths .
Fitted kitchen area (induction hob, hood, dishwasher, TOP type fridge, mini freezer, microwave and Moulinex oven- Bathroom (2.17 x 1.59): bath, basin and washing machine. Separate WC
