Labor day family getaway

Our one night stay was great! Check in was quick and easy. Arrived before check in time but we were given our parking pass and beach passes and were told we could use the hotel amenities, which I think was amazing! They also provided the complimentary chairs and umbrellas and towels at the beach so we didn't have to carry anything. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Wish we could stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay. We left our stuffed animal there and the staff was fantastic about finding him for us so we could pick him up the next day. They even sent us pictures of him “working” in the office and a note that he missed us. They really went above and beyond and made my daughter very very happy. I’d stay again any time.

The amenities were good but our hotel room was terrible. It was like living in a fish bowl with everyone walking past our balcony and sliding doors and looking straight into our room and where we slept. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were made of some sort of unbreathable plastic. For the price we paid this hotel was mediocre

Front desk staff very friendly. Quiet after 9PM. Pool is ok, but could use a cleaning. It does not appear to be heated. Amenities are nice, ie: beach badges, transportation via golf cart to 1.5 miles away. Overall, a 4 out of 5 stars.

I've never slept better on vacation!! The room was exactly what we needed as party of 3. One queen and one pull out sofa bed. We loved the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave which we did use! The balcony overlooking the ocean was 5 stars alone. So calm and peaceful with the pool below. My boys enjoyed the atmosphere which wasn't too crowded even for peak season. The shuttle was the GOAT as well which is a Gratuity service and well recommended to get downtown- Don, John, and Vlad all gave tips for "must do" and see places for whatever we desired.honestly only regret is we booked for additional nights because they were sold out and we couldn't extend our stay. Thank you for the hospitality MBR!!! We'll never forget it.

Good location, clean and great for family. Excellent and fast check in. they also have a great shuttle available to go around, that was great. Pool is not that big. great beach include 2 seats and umbrella in the hotel price, however If you need extra chair get ready to pay extra $15 for the lazy guys seat at the kiosko. I was disappointed about it, since the beach wasn't busy and it was an empty chairs around my husband took one and they asked for money. really?? he pay it. I didn't like it and I guest tha was the only bad about this place.

Nice hotel and great location. A few issues: Beds hard as a rock Trash truck woke us up at 5am! “Private balcony” was actually not private at all, no railing and people from the restaurant were sitting in our area. Complimentary umbrella and chairs had to be returned at 5pm every day, too early! And you have to give them up at 1pm on checkout day! Very inconvenient!
