We were treated so terribly, we ended up checking out earlier. we had to find another accommodation. They made us feel like were asking for free accommodation. We were told we can't be in the room next to each other or same floor because they have ground booking coming. But we also booked to stay with them. There were no welcome water in our rooms. We asked for it, they gave us water with dirty bottles. It had lipstick on it. Thats how terrible we were treated. We had no other choice but to check before we could be poisoned. They promised to charged one night for canceling and refund the rest, but we are still waiting for the refund even today. As for me and my family we will never ever book with this hotel. Anyone can take their chances with them, maybe they will have a better experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location; lots of dining options within a half mile. We had no concerns about walking around. The room was clean and staff was extremely courteous and helpful. One suggestion: please make sure housekeeping is not stingy about coffee pods!

The room was very comfortable and clean. My biggest concern is the amount of noise from other guests. Every morning we were woken up from people slamming their doors shut. I could hear conversations from people in the hallway and phones ringing/coughing from the rooms next to me. Additionally, the area is far from the waterfront and it is not safe to walk around at night. There is limited dining options nearby but the hotel restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner. It is also very easy and safe to use uber. All of the staff other than Miranda at the front desk were kind, helpful, and friendly. Miranda was very dismissive and disrespectful to my family and I when we kindly asked her to stay in our room when we booked an additional night. That was a very disappointing experience.

Good hotel, the room was nice and the location is pretty good. The rooftop is awesome! The only negative experience we had was a call from staff at 11pm on our first night to say they forgot to ask me to sign something, which wasn't a nice experience as we were already in bed about to fall asleep. But the staff were nice overall, specially the restaurant staff at dinner time!

The hotel is very neat and new. However, the rooms even on the 3rd floor are not very soundproof and the noise from the neighbouring backpackers and road is very loud and could disturb light sleepers

Once bitten, twice never.

A three night weekend I would care to forget. Firstly I had made the reservation with the option to pay at the property, more than six months ago. 5 days before arrival I was informed that if I didn’t pay immediately my booking would be released. The reason- they were very busy so they were able to sell the room to someone else if not paid in full. They advertise parking although be warned, there’s no security in place so parking is not necessarily reserved for guests. If the parking is full, park in the street with very little concern by staff other than to phone at 11;30 at night and advise you to move your vehicle closer to the hotel. Badly managed, badly run and not worth a second visit.
