The Space:
Nestled on the 3rd floor overlooking the picturesque False Bay and the bustling SA Navy, our stylishly furnished apartment in Simon's Town offers a peaceful home from home for those seeking a comfortable lock up and go base. Begin your day with the most spectacular sunrise views right from the comfort of your own space.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1 houses a plush double bed while Bedroom 2 offers two cozy singles, providing ample accommodation for up to four guests. The bathroom has a large shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your mornings.

In the heart of the apartment, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher, making meal preparations a breeze. The open-plan lounge and dining area invite relaxation and socialisation, with a large window framing the stunning panoramic vista.

Step out onto the private balcony to soak in the tranquil atmosphere and savor the fresh ocean breeze. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dips behind the mountain.

For those seeking seaside adventures, a mere 5-minute stroll takes you to Longbeach, a lively cove perfect for leisurely swims and tranquil beach walks. Indulge in delicious treats from the beach coffee van. Here you will meet scuba divers, kayakers, swimmers, cold plungers, dogs and their walkers, family escaping waves and many more!

Convenience is key, with garage parking provided for small to medium-sized cars, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Please note, that for safety reasons, the property strictly prohibits children under 12, as the apartment features large windows and a balcony without railings, posing potential risks to young ones. Please be aware that there is no lift in the property: you are required to climb 32 stairs but the higher you go, the better the view. The climb is worth it.

The building is currently being painted so we have dropped the price to compensate for any inconvenience with painters being around.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Simon's Town is a maritime marvel steeped in history and charm. With its naval base roots, the town beautifully marries its historical architecture with the natural beauty of its bays and beaches. Famous for its colony of African penguins at Boulders Beach, Simon's Town offers visitors a unique chance to observe these delightful creatures up close. The town's cobbled streets are lined with quaint boutiques, eateries, and museums that speak to its rich heritage, making it a must-visit spot for those touring the Cape Peninsula. Winter is when the town truely comes alive especially in the sea when we have the annual visit of the Southern Right and Humpback Whales. They put on an incredible show and you will have front row seats from your apartment.

Getting Around:
It is strongly recommended that you hire a car.
Uber or local driver services are strongly recommended should you go out for a couple of drinks.

Other Things to Note:
There is an apartment above this one that is undergoing some renovations so please expect building noise during the day time hours. (Until May 2025)

PLEASE be extra careful around the lounge windows!
