Poor management

As we arrived at the property around 16h00, we phoned the property manager and he told us that our booking has being given to someone else by hotel.com. He told us that the mistake was done by hotel.com. I had children in the car and we had to look for another booking at the last minutes. I would not recommend any body to book at Waikiki Villa to avoid last minutes disappointment.
