Villa Spreca is a family villa built in the 2000s and recently renovated thanks to an important re-styling intervention wanted by the owner who decided to allocate her home to the world of hospitality.

THE OUTDOORS:
The villa is accessed through a wide avenue entering the estate where there are three other buildings, 2 of which are dedicated to guests and one for the caretaker with his family. Only at the end of the avenue does one arrive at Villa Spreca which, despite being on the family estate, enjoys absolute privacy.
The outdoor spaces are large, a well-kept garden surrounded by the typical local nocchieto famous for its hazelnuts, precious for making our delicious chocolate, and imposing chestnut trees. In the center we have the large swimming pool (depth 1.50 mt), with the solarium area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Adjacent to the villa we have on one side the relaxation area furnished with sofas and umbrella, on the opposite side the pergola equipped with a table for 8 people and small sofas for having a chat in company.
The property includes a large covered parking that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

INTERIORS:
Villa Spreca is on one level only. A few steps to access it, this makes the house also suitable for those with mobility problems.
The villa consists of a large living area with living room and dining area, adjacent to a large well-equipped eat-in kitchen. Finally, a service bathroom with shower.
In the sleeping area we have 4 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a study with sofa bed (160x190), a shared bathroom with bathtub.
All the rooms overlook the perimeter garden.
Laundry area with pantry and washing machine.
The villa is also equipped with solar panels on the roof, this guarantees limited consumption and a low environmental impact.
In short, Villa Spreca is the ideal home for families or groups of friends who love peace but who want to discover the typical villages of Lazio, one of all the village of Sutri, or take a break on Lake Vico just 8 km away .

THE HOUSE RULES:
Cleaning service takes place once a week (Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00)
Change of bed linen and towels is provided once a week (Saturday)
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
Separate collection is mandatory (otherwise a penalty of 100.00 will be applied)
