Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we 3 keer van kamer gewisseld, het stond te boek als 4 sterren maar was het zeker niet waardig. Eerste kamer stonk naar schimmel, tweede kamer zaten beestjes en vlekken in het bedlinnen. Bij de derde kamer ging de airco kapot en werd de vloer nat.

¡Una estadía impecable en todos los sentidos! Desde el momento en que llegamos al hotel fue perfecto. Las instalaciones están en excelente estado: modernas, limpias y muy confortables. La habitación impecable, con una cama súper cómoda y todos los detalles bien cuidados. El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Se notaba la buena disposición de todos, desde la recepción hasta el área del restaurant. La ubicación también es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto de Maiquetia El plus, el excelente servicio de traslado Hotel/Aeropuerto ✨ Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. 10/10 sin dudarlo.
