Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY
Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area. If you plan on having family or friends visiting just let us know.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment!
Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.

QUIET TIMES
We ask that guests keep noise down between the hours of 9:30PM- 8:00AM
The building is made up of 3 other apartments and neighbours we want to respect their homes and peace.

We really want all our guests to enjoy their stay so have put these rules in place to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. We understand this may sound strict but we have to consider our neighbours and guests.
