Eberything anoit our stay was great. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and warm, with many confortable features. Or room was spotless and our breakfast was yum. Next time we need to stay in Newport, this hotel will definitely be our preference.

The breakfast was limited. With sliced industrialised bread. Though they did provide a white sourdough bread when asked. It was of dubious quality. The fruit didn’t look too fresh and the ham was bright pink and cheap looking. I opted for natural yoghurt with cereal. The coffee was excellent though with real coffee beans. The machine made a very adequate and tasty cup of coffee. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. The windows don’t open in the hotel though! That is odd and made me feel claustrophobic.

Everything from the welcome of the staff, the room itself, very modern, clean and all that you need, a great view overlooking ‘The Port’ and breakfast the next morning. We’d definitely stay there again should we need an overnighter in Newport. Highly recommend.
