The hotel receptionist had an awful attitude, We asked for an upgrade we were told no but then she changed her mind and wanted to charge an extra fee of £15.00 so we declined. We were placed in a room that was adapted for a disabled person the noises from next door sounded like they were in our room. The room lay out don’t make sense and had to lie on awkwardly to see the Tv.

Disappointed that although we were wet and tired and room was ready hotel would not let us check in early without paying £20. Absolutely in accord with their published policy but not what a decent hotel would do. Room keys did not work. Party resulted in dining room being closed and noise but no compensation. A hotel that puts money way above customer interest.
