Studio located in the La Cormorane residence in Carnac, 150 m from the Grande-Plage and 350 m from the Yacht Club. The seaside resort centre and its shops are 200 m away. Carnac town centre is 1.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 1300 m away. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.



Approximately 27 mÂČ studio, located on a raised ground floor (access from the parking is via stairs). It includes:



- An entrance with console;

- A living area with dining table, 4 chairs, television, sofa, fold-down bed of 140 cm (quality mattress), storage cupboard;

- Separate kitchen with glass partition and fully equipped (top refrigerator, oven, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster);

- Bathroom with WC and washing machine;

- 5 mÂČ south-facing balcony with manual awning, table, 2 chairs, 2 loungers.
