Horrible!!! Front desk lady was very strange and sketchy. Room number one had a roach, switched rooms only to be in a room with bugs everywhere! Phone didn’t work either. Hair in the bath tub. Second room smelled AWFUL. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

The staff are just great. Friendly and courteous. What I didn't like was our room door had to be slammed to close it and then rechecked to make sure it was closed securely. Yes, I reported it to the front desk staff and was instructed that they knew about that door and yes I could have ask for another room but still in it anyways.You asked what I didn't like. Thank you.

Hostess at breakfast was very nice and went out of her way to make you feel welcome. They did run out of items (waiting on truck). Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful when there. Need more desk personnel available and should not be left unattended especially checkout times.

Staff members are nice but had issue with first room. Walls are dirty and laundry items were not as clean unfortunately. This was my first time staying on property and I will not stay again. Convenient to shopping and interstate.

First we arrived and the bathroom shower door was broken. I called front desk. I told them. They said instead of giving us a different room i had to wait for maintenance to check it first. I had to waist an hour or so for this. Second was they never came to clean our room or give us fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk everyday for new towels. I will be contacting expedia over this!!

There was a super nice woman overseeing the breakfast. It was clean and tidy and well stocked. Parking was adequate. Well lit. Room was clean. Loved the sheets and pillows. The towels were larger than most hotels.
