We got to the apartments at 10pm, I was given a gate code to get into the parking area, but when we got there, there was a note over the keypad that said maintenance was being done on the key keypad. Both gates were shut, & there was no way for us to get into the parking area or get to our apartment. We had to wait until someone decided to enter or leave before we could get in to even get to our apartment. After speaking to someone who was a resident, we were told that you need to have a sticker on your window that activates the gate to open. We were not given this sticker so had issues each & every time we wanted to get back into the apartment parking area.When we entered our designated apartment 2010, we noticed that the apartment had not been cleaned yet. There were dishes in the sink, pillows on the floor in the living room, the bed was completely unmade, & there were towels all over on the bathroom floor.I called the landing support line & the man we spoke to was very helpful & sent us to the apartment directly below us 1010.The new apartment was very nice, and cleaned well everywhere except for the floor. Someone had obviously tried to clean the floors because there was swiffer marks all over the floor and then footprints on top of the cleaning solution.We were given a code to get into apt 1010 which worked fine, then the next day I got a new code & it worked the first time we came back to the apartment, but then would not work after that. We had to use the old code
