This flat is located at an altitude of about 480m: the air is crisp in autumn and spring, pleasant in summer. From here there is a splendid panorama over the Santerno Valley. This fine studio is located in Casalfiumanese in Italy. The property has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, ideal for a family. The pet-friendly home features a garden and parking.

A short distance away are the evocative calanchi (gullies) and the Vena del Gesso (Chalk Vein), very interesting from a landscape and geological point of view. Nearby is the Sasso di San Zenobi and the remains of the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Rio. All around, in the area of a few kilometres, you will discover towns and villages that preserve historical monuments and, above all, the atmosphere of past times and popular traditions. Sassoleone is the ideal place to relax in contact with nature. You can take long walks in the woods and meadows and pick wild herbs and fruits, asparagus, strawberries, blackberries.If you prefer, there are mountain bike excursions or the riding school or the pond for sport fishing. There is also a playground for children, a bowling alley and a walk to watch the fawns. In summer, you can go down to Castel del Rio and swim in the river, while in nearby Fontanelice you can use the swimming pool at Parco Concaverde.

This flat is owned by a family that also runs an agriturismo with a restaurant 2 km away. The swimming pool you see on the photos is next to the restaurant and you can make use of it safely. The restaurant has excellent cuisine and combines the flavours of the two regions Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany. Only natural, seasonal products are used in the kitchen.

Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted.
