Villa Dana is an elegant and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Dana you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Dana is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casarano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
You will reach Villa Dana from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Dana we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. In the patio you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a large window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the dining room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The bathroom is made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
