The holiday home is located on the Caribbean coast of Martinique, at the gateway to the north of the island. This 4-bedroom holiday rental can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Located in a very quiet residential area and surrounded by green vegetation, this villa promises a relaxing and exotic stay. The villa is located only 1 minute walk from a small black sand beach.

Only 4 minutes from the town of Case-Pilote, the rental house is ideally located. You will find many restaurants, bars, mini-markets, but also a bakery, a pharmacy and a market that cannot be missed. You will certainly appreciate the charm and the gentle way of life of the town of Case-Pilote.

The villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends. A baby bed is available for families.

Built on one level and arranged as follows:

- 1 master suite with double bed and bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin and separate toilet
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160
- 1 double room with two single beds 90 that can be brought together to make a double bed 180
- 1 bathroom shared with the three other bedrooms with double washbasin, Italian shower and wc
- 1 large living room with flat screen TV
- 1 large modern kitchen fully equipped

The exterior is composed of :

- 1 covered terrace with dining table and lounge area
- 1 pergola with its deckchair area
- 1 salt water swimming pool secured by an alarm
- 1 charcoal barbecue and a garden with lemon trees
- 1 secure car park where several vehicles can be parked

Check-in must be between 5pm and 7pm.
Any arrival after 7pm will be charged 45€.


Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.
From the airport, take the A1 towards Fort de France and Schoelcher. Continue on the N2, always in the direction of Schoelcher then Case Pilote. Before entering the village of Case Pilote, turn right on the communal road of "Fond Bourlet". Follow the road straight ahead and at n°6, you will arrive at "Mondésir Lodge" where you will find the villa Zanzibar and the bungalows Ankaa and Jambiani.
