The staff was outstanding. Nice breakfast every morning (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, toast, begals, coffee, tea, juice). Dining area can get a bit crowded when they are busy.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The main road is currently under construction. The property was a little run-down but not too bad. The room was clean, but the shower plumbing needs attention. The water out of the faucet was warm with good pressure, but I stepped into a cold shower with very little pressure. The water temperature had to be adjusted while the shower was running, and it was very touchy, this probably isn't a problem in every room. The only disappointing thing was the swimming pool. It wasn't shown anywhere on the website, and we weren't informed by the staff at check-in that the pool was empty and not in service. So if you need a pool for the kids or yourselves, you'll have to stay somewhere else

Needs updating, bathroom needs new sealant mold free around shower and toilet. Toilet wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was bare and it was only 8:00 am. It was like pulling teeth to have them restock food, silverware, and napkins.

Half the outlets in the room didnt work, the fridge was incredibly loud, the shower was either super hot or freezing cold. The shower pressure was terrible. When we got there the system was down and we waited so long to get checked in. This property also doesnt have an elevator so hauling our baggage was a pain.

Check in took over 15 minutes because the manager was out flirting with her boyfriend. Meanwhile a line of guests was being told the booking system crashed and nothing could be done. Once the manager came in, it was clear the staff was highly incompetent. There road to enter was under construction. The parking lot was very dangerous and we left with a screw in our tire. There was no security and doors to hallways were u locked from the parking lot. No cameras. There was garbage in the hallways. There was an earring on the room floor, showing that cleaning was not proper between guests. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences in over 30 yrs.

Always like Staying here when I ship through Casper beds are comfortable rooms Always smell good and never feel uncomfortable there . Can say though there’s a lot of “activity” in the back Parking lot where my room was located by door E. Which I wasn’t too comfortable with due to transactions being done right at the entry door and also ppl Sitting out there all night in their cars after watching me load my car up night before I drive an expensive car so that kinda makes me a target for break in situation and they were definitely back there doing things I won’t say on here . But in all Nobody was disrespectful or loud or anything of that nature but definitely sketchy vibe on that end of The parking lot
