I reserved a room with 2 queen beds had to move to a room with 1 bed due to the fact my walker would not fit through the bathroom door. I had to move to a handicap room with 1 double bed. UNACCEPTABLE. then because I had to.move the put an extra 2 charges on my credit card eventhough they processed a refund it put a hold on over 150.00 on my card that I could not spend on my vacation. I still have not received the refund.

Nice older hotel, comfortable, average breakfast & texts in the morning wanting to know when you’re checking out. Talked to a lady at breakfast that said the maids knocked on her door wanting to know when they were leaving.

This hotel has got to have the darkest, most light blocking curtains I've seen in a hotel. The room was actually dark. Very clean. Front desk ladies were amazing. Both Nicoles, thank you for all your help with our reservations. They were lovely. Other staff encounters were pleasant. Breakfast was great, cold cream eggs, biscuits/ gravy. Belgian waffle make that made 4mini versus 1 huge, definitely preferred that with kids. Great stay

Room decor updated and nice, a little small on the bathroom, comfy bed.. the only complaint/issue was ants 🐜, there down where the tile meets the carpet and they were there continuously throughout are 2 day stay. I kept find them along the wall and into the bathroom on are bathe mat etc. they definitely need spray or set up ant traps
