The bright living room with fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a covered pergola and green garden, offering plenty of privacy thanks to large glass doors. It’s the perfect spot to relax, play, or dine outdoors.



Next to the living area is a handy utility room with an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, and ample storage—ideal for longer stays or larger families.



Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two singles. A folding bed is also available for extra guests. There’s a second toilet and a large bathroom on this floor. For families with young children, a safety gate can be installed at the top of the stairs.



The enclosed sunny garden is perfect for relaxing afternoons or lively barbecue evenings, with a stone grill under the pergola. You can also enjoy the heated pool. With parking for two cars on the property, you’ll never have to worry about where to leave your vehicle.
