This private estate of more than 10 hectares combines the charms of a maintained space and its wild dimension, among the Mediterranean essences with multiple scents. An ideal setting for a holiday of rest, near the beaches of the South Shore of Ajaccio.

Each of the three villas, well separated from each other, has its own access, in a green setting that goes from cork oak to arbutus. Designed for a stay of calm and conviviality, each villa has all the comfort (rooms in suites, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, terrace, private pool ...) for a stay resolutely turned to the outside.

Very close, but at the same time well separated from the places of reception, discover the family space dedicated to the traditional breeding and to the organic culture, and appreciate the pleasures of the table lined with authentic local products, elaborated by the owners and their children. Charcuterie, cheese, various vegetables to discover around a good wine from the nearby slopes of Ajaccio.

Schönes, großes Haus mit kleinen Makeln

Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten ist wunderschön und uneinsichtig. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und kann gut relaxen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine feine Größe und verfügt über Dusche und WC, bei einem Zimmer sind diese Gang. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist sehr leise. Laut Beschreibung ist das Haus jetzt etwa 10 Jahre alt und das merkt man vorallem an der Einrichtung. Hier wäre bei einigen Teilen wie Kästen oder Tischen eine Instandsetzung angebracht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren einwandfrei.
