Located in a secure historic residence, on the 2nd floor with lift (plus 10 steps), this 3-bedroom apartment faces east with partial mountain views.
You will have access to a large shared south-facing terrace on the same level as the flat (but not adjoining).

The flat is quiet and bright, with double glazing. It comprises :
-1 living room / fitted kitchen with washing machine and television
-1 bedroom with 140cm bed
-1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm)
-1 full bathroom with bath
-1 separate toilet
A ski/bike room is available at the entrance to the residence.

Free parking nearby, with the possibility of parking temporarily in front of the residence to unload.

Household linen is not provided: towels, sheets, fitted sheets, tea towels.

Rates for 3-week stay: HS (July-August): 800€ / BS: 550€.

In the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, right in the centre of Cauterets, above the Gave stream, you can walk from the flat to the Lys cable car, the Pont d'Espagne shuttle bus, the famous thermal baths and seaside resort, the hiking trails, the ice rink, restaurants, cinemas and all the shops...

We like to enjoy the flat with our family, and to make it as welcoming as possible, we leave kitchen utensils and a few basic items on site for you to use: coffee, filters, tea, oil, etc.
All we ask is that you replace whatever you have finished during your stay.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we do ask you to leave the flat clean at the end of your stay or we will retain part of the deposit.

Finally, we leave board games, books, walking guides and a few pointers to our favourite restaurants at your disposal.
