This was, by far, the best hotel we have stayed in for many years! The breakfast buffet was over the top! I actually view this place as an amazing breakfast with complimentary hotel! The entire place was run very well. I can't say enough about the obvious attention to detail and service here. The room was amazing, staff were amazing, pool was fabulous on the 9th floor - I highly recommend this place as I would stay nowhere else in Cebu - I meant that very sincerely!

Pleasant stay

This property is 6 years old and well maintained. Rooms are on the small side (we had a 1 BR suite), felt tight. Slippers are provided but very flimsy, no bathrobes. Kitchenette has all required items for 2 guests. Buffet breakfast was ok (Seda has better selection). We asked for latte and there was a surcharge! We did have a take away breakfast prepared for an early excursion and it was the best packed breakfast I've had!

Kitchen sink linked all over the floor, more than once. The TV in the bedroom had no sound.The wifi would drop off occasionally. If you have issues with your room you may not be able to reach the front desk. Breakfast was decent except for roaches crawling around on the pastries. There are plenty dining options and a grocery in the same complex as the Hotel.

To see a person urinating on the side walk 2 block from hotel I was living in, was a bit disturbing to me. I also don’t like roaches. I saw 1 in my room 1 in the restaurant while having breakfast and several in the hotels restaurants restroom. Otherwise, the hotel staff and restaurant staff was very accommodating and polite. As far as transportation, it was a bit confusing. Was interested in using hotel’s transportation to airport. No one seem to know how I should book hotel transportation to airport. Ended up taking a cab.

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Very good buffet breakfast was included. Our room was large with a small kitchenette, refrigitator and a washer/ dryer. There is a small gym and swiming pool. There is a limited number of restaurants in the complex.

The room was nice and the hotel in a safe location with lots of amenities on its doorstep including a 7/11 and a Robinson supermarket. The one disappointing thing about my stay was the breakfast which was at the abacus bakery within the hotel building and the selection was very poor and items when gone weren’t replaced.
