- NOTE: Guests are welcome to pick their own raspberries, blackberries, plums, and apricots from the garden. Guests are also welcome to gather their own eggs from the chicken coop located at the property
- NOTE: Guests in the basement apartment will hear footsteps from guests upstairs. Turning the TV or music on will help some. The property is an older farmhouse and there is nothing more that can be done about the upstairs noise
