The host interaction was pretty much non-existent, only responded to one message the day before we were supposed to check in. The vent in the living room was disgusting. There were a couple holes in the wall, broken things, no window coverings downstairs, etc. The beds were comfortable but there were no extra blankets. The appliances were nice. The parking was nice for 3 or 4 vehicles. The location was easy to get to.

This appears to be a corporate O & O. It was cookie cutter with little effort put into it. Wi-fi was incorrect and pw did not work- they did not respond to messages to communicate at all during our stay. No hair dryers, no extra blankets. Will find a local owner VRBO next time.

Property is in a great location but was not in great condition. Holes in the wall behind every door, carpet has many stains, crust nasty shower curtain and liner in master bath, stained dirty mattress taking up most of master closet, bath mats were all stained. No blinds or curtains on the main level wasnt great. Flatwear in kitchen was rusty and kinda gross. Just didnt feel like much upkeep was happening.

Excellent property felt like we were living in a new home. Everything was well maintained and super clean, everything worked as it should and no issues or problems at all. Location is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants and easy to get in and out of. It was really nice to be able to pull into the garage and shut the door although I would not be worried about the neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this space for our recent trip to Cedar Falls. The location is ideal and the space was very clean and comfortable. Our 5 year old grandchild had plenty of space to play! We made use of the kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and dinners together. Thank you!
