This adorable twin home equipped with thoughtful amenities is calling your name for your next family getaway or business trip in the Cedar Valley. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine (drip coffee maker also available).

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The basement is perfect for movie and game night and includes a twin xl over queen bunk bed. There is an extra shower in the basement for convenience. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets.

We loved that the deck and fire pit were faced so we could watch the sunset. No neighbors to the back just a bean field. Very nice.The house is beautiful and very clean, beds were awesome. We had the best coffee made from beans that ground each cup. Beans provided. Also, regular coffee maker if you like that.Perfect stay!

Perfect Location

It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were home. It was close to our son who goes to school at UNI and also to our favorite stores and restraunts. The check-in and check-out was duoer easy. There was constant communication. The beds were comfortable and blanakets amazing. Only thing I would suggest is vacuuming after a guest has a dog with them. My son and i have allergies to long hair dogs and there was dog hair on the couch that made our allergies act up.oyher than that it was perfect and we will be back!!!
