1st the clerk told me my card didn't go through to pay for my stay which it did... 2nd I was not told that there was NO elevator as I am disabled with a bad heart which is why I am up here to go to cardiac Mercy doctors.. 3rd the cards wouldn't open the door at the end of the building, I called the clerk and he told me I'd have to wait cause he was busy. My husband and I walked to the other end of the building to the desk and had him reprogram our cards. 4th I walked down to the desk to get a blanket he gave me a thin cover and told me they were in the wash but I could use a ripped one.. Asked for toilet paper also, only 1 roll in our room. Walked to maid closet and got toilet paper and a blanket that was not ripped.. I am very unhappy with my stay here and we just checked in at 3 pm. We'll see how many other things go wrong before we check out on Monday... I'm guessing a few I was right... 5th when we returned to the hotel after eating lunch, we were greeted by cards to open the outside door that didn't work for the 3rd time.. I went to the desk to have them programmed after walking the length of the building again with a bad heart. I asked for a bath towel and was told he had none that were clean... While we were gone someone messed with my husband's hearing aids and dropped the battery on the floor and the case was not closed like it was when we left the room.. The Fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, I've never been more disappointed in a motel.

Hotel is a little older, no frills, but was clean and inexpensive. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly. In a safe area with plenty of food options nearby.

The staff was positive and friendly, that was a good thing. It was a bit difficult to part our RV, Small spaces and no turn around in front. No coffee machine worked in the morning, not in the breakfast area or the single brew in our room.

Air conditioner was broken and would turn on for 5-10 minutes then would just blow air and was miserable to sleep with the room temp roughly 78-80 in the room. Room #218, ended up leaving after a hour after we got back the second night and drove 5 hours back home to sleep in my own bed in air conditioning

Been here twice now. Love this hotel even more now that I stayed within the Cedar Rapids area. Great food and brewery’s nearby the hotel. Maybe not *right next door but close enough. Good breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean rooms. Definitely coming back.

The stay was fine. Check in was awful as the lady had no idea what she was doing. Our key cards wouldnt work properly. We even had them replaced and still had the same issue.

Very comfortable stay !!!

Everything was very clean, and smelled nice (not like cleaner). It was quiet, and the air temp was great. Comfortable beds. We needed assistance from the front desk, about a canceled reservation, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get things cleared up.
