We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly at check in. The building is so unique and fun experience to stay in. Clean and comfortable room. The only drawback was the noise. Walls must not be very well insulated. I guess due to the type of building. Several guests returned to their rooms after a reception and hung out in the hallway outside our room talking for an extended time. It was quite late and we could hear their entire conversations. Even when they were in their room next to ours it was quite loud.

Hotel is uniquely renovated. The decorating is beautiful. However, rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the room next to ours. They were very loud and the TV was VERY loud and we could hear it all. Outside windows are dirty and with cobwebs. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive. Bar was nice with good drinks. Closes too early.

We were absolutely thrilled with our accommodations, amenities, and overall experience (it was so much more than just a stay) at the Millwright! It was delightful. The Millwright itself is steeped in history, as is the surrounding village. It was an absolute treat to stay there! Can’t say enough about the friendly staff! They were welcoming & so helpful. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, cozy bed with luxurious linens and fab shower! It is a must stay! We can’t stop talking about it! We loved walking about the village as well. Filled with quaint shops, wineries, and delicious eateries. You must stay here. Ranks as one of the very best hotels we’ve ever stayed in here in the U.S. or abroad!

Hotel was great! Rooms were very comfortable and clean!! Dave at check in was absolutely wonderful and welcoming!! He made us feel valued as a guest! Beautiful historic building. Rooms and bathrooms are big and airy and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is not included and there are not easy places for a hot breakfast around. You can find coffee shops with baked goods though.
