• Exterior Security Cameras – Exterior security cameras are installed outside only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
• Air Conditioning – Two ductless AC units (main living + upstairs master) keep the main areas cool. Bedrooms without direct AC can be warmer on hot summer nights. Fans are provided in every room, and running the AC earlier in the day helps maintain comfort.
• Life Jackets – 12 life jackets available, ranging in sizes from infant to XL.
• Rock Wall Safety – The property includes a natural rock wall with sections higher than 30 inches and no railing. Please use caution and supervise children closely near this area.
• Water Levels – Lake levels vary seasonally, typically peaking in June. This can impact beach size and may require wading to reach the dock during high water.
• Weather & Temperature- Can vary. Please ensure you are checking the weather reports prior to your stay so you are able to plan accordingly.
