Spectacular Spacious 3 Bdrm/2 Full Bath Escape near Clemson

A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 4+ if sleeping on the leather sofas are ok. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations.

Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

We use a keypad lock on the entry door, and your access code will be sent 1–2 days before arrival through

Before check-in, Happy Guest will also ask you to choose either:

a $37 damage protection payment, or
a refundable $1,000 credit card hold for your stay.

Once that step is completed, you’ll receive your door code, property address, and full check-in instructions.

What an incredible find just out side the heart of Clemson! Somewhat remote but with great access to everything you need. It was a beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. My wife was ecstatic with this find and with two kids hoping to attend Clemson University I am sure we will be back for years to come!!

Perfect spot for Clemson Parent

We really enjoyed this little place and it was perfect for us! Close to Clemson and some nice little locally owned places to eat and coffee shop (Brutos). The fridge and kitchen were stocked with staple items which was really nice and the quality of towels and bed linens was excellent!

This was the perfect location for us to stay while visiting our daughter that attends Clemson University. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and my family enjoyed the pool table. Mary was very easy to work with and always answered our questions promptly. We hope to stay again soon!

Perfect Clemson Visit

We came to a Clemson for Parents Weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and in great proximity to campus. Just wish we could’ve had more down time to enjoy the house. Also the beds are super comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend and we hope to stay here again!

This is such a beautiful property and very quiet! This was the perfect place to lay our heads, explore a little, and be a tourist while our daughter played soccer at Clemson! We stayed for 2 nights to attend the Rock the Country Festival. The place was beautiful. The only thing we didn't know was the place is the lower level of a house with people above you. Not a big issue, just an FYI as some people may want to know. Would stay again.

Perfect get away

This place has it all; it’s a full home though lower level of house with everything thing there to make it a perfect getaway. Comfortable beds, fully stocked open kitchen, couches and big screen TV to watch football games, washer /dryer, amazing bathroom & shower and pool table. The outside is beautiful; nature setting, fire pit and places to roam. Host was super helpful & accommodating. Would love to return and spend more time .

Quiet Serenity

Peacful, quiet, secluded property with awesone owners. They are there when you need then and respectful when you don't. The terrace is tastfully appointed and very sapacious anf open. It has a cabin feel with everything you need. Six Mile is very close and the boat landing and lake is only 15 minutes away. Mile creek landing is perfect for putting in with limited boat slips.
