Discover the jewels of Corsica and the Eastern Coast: relaxation on the beach and water sports, hiking or horseback riding, you will surely find your happiness!
The house is composed of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a garden with a terrace. You will also enjoy the swimming pool of the residence! Sheets and towels are available on request at an additional cost.

The accommodation
On the ground floor, the house is composed as follows:

Day area:
- Bright living room of 30 m², with more than 3 m high ceilings, furnished with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, functional fireplace (wood not provided), armchairs, dining table.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, work surface that can be used as a stand-up meal with 4 high chairs.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage space, and private shower room with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds, storage, and private shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- Enclosed garden with green area, from where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains. You will have an outside shower with hot water, ideal after an afternoon at the beach!
- Covered terrace of 20 m² facing east-west, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, 6 deckchairs and 2 armchairs.

Common areas of the residence :
- An unheated, fenced outdoor swimming pool, accessible from June to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. Sunbeds and parasols are available around the pool.
- Two tennis courts (on reservation) and a park with two volleyball courts.
- Two bars/restaurants overlooking the beach.

- Prunete beach, 1 minute walk away.
- At 500 m from the residence: restaurant, bakery, newspaper shop, pharmacy and super U, bus stop.
- Donkey rides located 15 km away (24 min by car).
- Golf Academy Casinca located at 25 km (27 min by car)

Transport
- You will have a private parking space outside.
- Taxi, bus at 500 m.
- Car recommended.
- Ferry from Nice to Bastia (about 6 hours).
- Bastia airport is 31 km away (34 min by car).

Other remarks :
- One overhead parking space available for any type of car within the residence.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Baby accessories are available on request and must be paid for on site.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
