Chalet ideally located in Praz de Chamonix, just a few steps from the Flégère lift. You'll enjoy views of the Aiguilles and Mont Blanc from your large terrace, while still being in the heart of the valley. Recently renovated, you'll appreciate the fireplace, the fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and the many beds. Just a stone's throw from the slopes and trails, the "paradis des praz" and the golf course. Better for 4 adults and 3 children (Bedroom 2 & 3 are connected)
The ground floor of the property includes a 30sqm garage and a ski room with boot heater, so you can take full advantage of the ski area just a few steps away.
The 1st floor is 63sqm and comprises:
> Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, washing machine, etc.) with dining area
> Living room with fireplace and access to the 27sqm terrace.
> Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed and desk area
> Bathroom (bath, washbasin)
> Toilet
The 2nd and top floor has a floor area of 50sqm (13sqm more than 1m80) and comprises:
> sleeping area with king-size bed (2x 90cm). Please note that the railing on the staircase side is not 1.4m high, so you'll need to pass through this sleeping area to reach the 3rd bedroom.
> Bedroom 3 with king-size bed (2x 90cm), a single bed and a crib.
Garden not available
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Exceptional location at the foot of the Flégère ski lift. The chalet is perfect for skiers in winter, as you can walk to the lift in 6 mins (500m), and is equipped with boot warmers and a ski garage. And more generally all year round, as you'll be right next to the golf course, the "paradis des Praz" with its children's facilities, and numerous starting points for walks and bike rides.
You'll find a few shops in Le Praz, but many more in Chamonix (5mn) or Argentière (10mn).
Easy access:
- by car: access to a closed parking lot just below the apartment
- by public transport: 5 mins walk from a bus stop and the Mont Blanc express train station, which can take you to all 4 corners of the valley
